Takashi Usami joins Gamba Osaka

FC Augsburg and Gamba Osaka have agreed a deal for the transfer of Takashi Usami. The 27-year-old will rejoin the team he was with during his youth in the Japanese J-League. Both teams have agreed to keep the deal undisclosed. “We would like to thank Takashi for his time at FCA and wish him the best of luck in his future back in his home country,” said Stefan Reuter, the sporting director. Usami joined FC Augsburg in 2016 and played 11 games. He then joined Fortuna Düsseldorf on a two year long loan.
