Fully motivated ahead of Berlin

FC Augsburg have dusted themselves down after the 3-2 defeat at home to FC Ingolstadt 04 on Wednesday evening and FCA head coach Manuel Baum is still fully motivated and looking ahead to the away match against Hertha BSC on Sunday, 9th April (15:30 CEST). "I'm really looking forward to it. We've analysed the game well. We now want to train and then get excited about Berlin!" Philipp Max, who made a substitute appearance against Ingolstadt, has no fear ahead of this clash. On the contrary, the aim will be to give it our all from the beginning and to channel all our energy positively on the pitch. Nevertheless, Baum has a lot of respect for Hertha. "They are one of the strongest teams at home in the league and their pressing is one of their biggest assets." Philipp Max also knows what he has to do. "I am personally trying to chat with a lot of the other players and to always make sure there are good exchanges between us."
