Michael Gregoritsch switches to FCA

FC Augsburg have continued their summer transfer business by signing 23-year-old attacker Michael Gregoritsch from Hamburg. The 23-year-old Austrian has singned a 5 year contract with Augsburg, but neither club has released any further details about the transfer.   "Michael Gregoritsch is a young player with a goal threat and someone who already has Bundesliga experience. He's also a versatile attacker," said FCA's sporting director Stefan Reuter on the Austria international. "We're pleased that he's decided to join FCA." "I have the feeling that FCA is exactly the right club for my development," said Michael Gregoritsch justifying his decision to joinAugsburg. "Everything is in place for me here. Therefore, I've signed a long-term contract and want to contribute towards Augsburg's progress over the coming years." Gregoritsch, who will wear the number 11 shirt at Augsburg, has scored ten goals in 55 Bundesliga appearances.
