Further friendlies scheduled, with the first at the Rosenaustadion in Augsburg

As they did last season, FC Augsburg will play their first pre-season game at the Rosenaustadion in Augsburg. On Thursday, 11th July (19:00 CEST) Enrico Maaßen’s side will play Bayernliga side Türkspor Augsburg, who celebrated their 50th anniversary last year.
There will also be a training camp in Schladming in Austria from 15th until 23rd July, where FCA will play three friendlies: On Saturday, 15th July, (15:00 CEST) against Beşiktaş in Kufstein, on Tuesday, 18th July, (18:30 CEST) against Austrian third-division side FC Kufstein and then finally on Saturday, 22th July in Irdning against PSV Eindhoven, the runners-up in last year’s Eredivisie.
FCA will also be playing a top team from the Netherlands on Saturday, 29th July, (15:00 CEST) on their family day at the WWK ARENA as they take on Ajax. On the same day, there will be a friendly against Jahn Regensburg (11:30 CEST), who were relegated from the 2. Bundesliga last season, with the game taking place at the training ground in Augsburg and behind closed doors.
