FCA to face Viktoria Berlin in the DFB-Pokal

The draw for the first round of the 2024/25 DFB-Pokal took place at the German Football Museum in Dortmund on Saturday evening, with FC Augsburg set for an away trip to FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin.
The Regionalliga Nordost’s third-placed side just missed out on promotion to the third tier this season, but they lifted the Berliner Landespokal for the tenth time in their history to secure a starting berth in the first round of the DFB-Pokal. The tie will be played between 16th and 19th August, with the exact kick-off time and date to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
