The 24-yeat-old, who is under contract at FCA until June 2021, will play for second division SV Darmstadt 98 on loan until the end of the season. “The match practice in Breslau did me a lot of good”, sums up Tim Rieder about his 6 months in Poland. “Now I want to make the next step into the Bundesliga 2. I am sure that this new loan deal will propel me further forward.”
“Tim Rieder has made a few Bundesliga appearances for the first team. After his stint we Breslau, we view a year in Darmstadt as a very good chance for him to improve even more. So we agreed to the deal and wish him all the best for the coming season”, said FCA sporting director Stefan Reuter.
