U21 EURO: Kohr and Germany with two wins from two

Wednesday evening saw the Germany U21s’ second game of the group in the U21 European Championship in Poland. Manager Stefan Kuntz and his men won this game as well to start their U21 EURO campaign with a perfect record of two wins from two games. When the whistle blew for full time, the scoreboard showed it to be 3-0 to Germany in their game against Denmark. The goals were scored by Hertha BSC striker Davie Selke (53’), Freiburg defender Marc-Oliver Kempf (73’), and Hoffenheim midfielder Nadiem Amiri (79’). FCA midfielder Dominik Kohr remained on the bench for the whole game. Germany’s third and final game will be played against Krakow in Italy on Saturday, June 24th (20:45 CEST).
